Online Coaching and the RGT Method are fully remote. You train wherever suits you. Personal Training is in-person at EvCore Gym in Glanmire, but you still get the full app and system between sessions.
We adjust. A bad week is data, not failure. We look at what happened, tweak the plan, and keep moving. You're not starting over. You're course-correcting. That's the whole point of having a system.
