How quickly will I see results?

Most clients start feeling different within the first few weeks. Better energy, improved sleep, clothes fitting better. Physical changes follow. We're not chasing 6-week transformations that disappear. We build habits that last.

I've tried everything and nothing works. Why would this be different?

Most programmes fail because they're rigid. One bad week and the whole thing collapses. Here, we build a system that flexes with your life. We adjust when things go sideways. That's why it sticks.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Many of my clients started with zero gym experience. We meet you exactly where you are. No ego, no judgment. Just a clear plan and someone in your corner.

What if I can't make it to the gym?

Online Coaching and the RGT Method are fully remote. You train wherever suits you. Personal Training is in-person at EvCore Gym in Glanmire, but you still get the full app and system between sessions.

What happens if I have a bad week?

We adjust. A bad week is data, not failure. We look at what happened, tweak the plan, and keep moving. You're not starting over. You're course-correcting. That's the whole point of having a system.
